Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times do not include shipping time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order's weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you at the address provided during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customs and Delays

For orders shipped internationally, customs inspections and processing may cause delays beyond our control.
