1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at VallesClener893@gmail.com. Please include photos to help us resolve the issue promptly.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees for your original order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at VallesClener893@gmail.com. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
